Theme Licensing & Usage

Our themes are created for OpenCart, an open source software released under the GNU public license http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html. Therefore any part of our themes which constitute a derivative work of OpenCart are also licensed under the GPL 3.0. Our themes are comprised of several different file types, including: php, cascading style sheets, javascript, as well as several image types including GIF, JPEG, and PNG. All PHP and JS files are released under the GPL 3.0 unless specified as otherwise within the file itself. If specified as otherwise the files are licensed or dual licensed (as stated in the file) under the MIT http://www.opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php, a compatible GPL license.

All other files, including: cascading style sheets (.css), Photoshop (.psd) files and images(.gif, .jpg, .png), are not compiled together but are sent independently of GPL code and combined in a client's browser, and do not have to be GPL themselves. These files are not released under the GPL, but instead are given to all members on a personal use basis. These files are supplied to each paying user for personal use only. You may not offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.

Photoshop Files License

The Photoshop design files that come packaged with selected themes are not GPL licensed. They are licensed and copyrighted under Hekimabi. You are not allowed to offer these file, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.

Themes Updates

Theme updates are available to customers who have made an individual theme purchase. All our templates are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of OpenCart, but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of OpenCart. We are however doing our best to always keep all of our themes up-to-date and working with latest available version of OpenCart.

Browser Compatibility

Our themes are tested with and support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer 7+. Although we do out best to give near-identical experience across each of these browsers, it is possible that some of these browsers severely lack in web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS). In the case of a browser not supporting certain web standards, we will include a generic workaround for that browser, which will degrade a specific function / feature gradually and in a way that does not affect the user experience negatively.

Delivery

After we have successfully received your payment, your Hekimabi invoice with order information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This This may take 4 to 6 hours. This period is intended to prevent internet fraud.. If you do not receive an email after this time period please contact us. Once payment has been completed you can download themes from the "Theme Downloads" section in your Hekimabi account.

For each theme you have purchased you will be permitted a maximum of 1 downloads. This is to provide you with a recovery in case you have lost it, BUT does not permit you to use a theme on 3 separate websites.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Hekimabi. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Site Content

All content, including imagery, published on the Hekimabi domain, including site content published on all our themes' live demo pages, is property of Hekimabi and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the Hekimabi website shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of Hekimabi.

Refund Policy

Since Hekimabi is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the theme purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our website.

Support

Hekimabi offers these templates and designs "as is", with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all OpenCart 3rd party modules and extensions. Should you believe that there is an error in our theme, please contact us and we will investigate it.

Price Changes

Hekimabi reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any our products and product prices, with or without notice.

Warranty

Hekimabi does not warranty or guarantee any of these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all OpenCart 3rd party modules, extensions or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Hekimabi templates will work with all browser combinations.
